At Love Your Luxury, every piece is chosen with purpose and every decision is guided by the values that define who we are. They shape how we source, curate and present every collection, ensuring every customer can shop with complete confidence.
I own everything I sell
This is the part that makes me different from most other Australian luxury resellers.
Many operate on a consignment basis, a broker as such. They list what other people hand them, and that might be right for some. I wanted to do it differently.
Every piece here I found, inspected, paid for and own outright.
That’s not a technicality or a middleman platform, it’s a passion. It means the returns policy is mine, and I don’t have to compromise it with anyone. It means the price you see is the price I set and stand behind.
It also means sometimes I purchase brand new. Not everything is ‘pre-loved’. I have choice, therefore so do you.
And I only buy what I’d happily keep. When it’s your own money on the table, you get fussy.
Authenticated twice. Not once.
Once before I buy her. Again, before she’s listed.
Every piece goes through Entrupy or LegitGrail and arrives with her Certificate of Authentication.
Anything I have a question mark over doesn’t make it into the portfolio, so you never have to wonder.
