Every piece is assessed by hand and given one of the grades below. Each listing also includes detailed photographs and a written description, so you know exactly what you are getting.

• New In Box: Unused, with her original box and packaging as supplied.
• Pristine: Unused, or as new, with no visible signs of wear.
• Beautifully Kept: She’s carried with care. Any signs of wear are minimal and only visible on close inspection.
• Lightly Loved:- light, visible signs of use, such as faint corner wear, or marks on her hardware. Structure and function are unaffected.
• Giftable: She's good enough to gift and will be sent gift-wrapped.
• Vintage: She’s typically 20 years or more, in good condition for her era, with wear consistent with her age.
• Vintage Character: A vintage piece with visible wear or patina that tells her story. Every mark is photographed and priced accordingly.

Yes. All photography is of the actual item you will receive. Never a stock image and any signs of wear are photographed and described. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. If you would like any extra photos or a closer look at any detail, please just ask.

Luxury pieces often change hands over many years, and not every one keeps her packaging. Each product listing clearly outlines exactly what is included so there are no surprises.

We ship Australia-wide and selected international destinations.

Yes. Every order is fully insured and carefully packaged to protect your investment during transit. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can watch her journey to you.

Australian orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from Sydney, Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location. There is no charge for shipping within Australia.

Pieces made from python, croc, alligator, lizard or other protected exotic skins may need export permits under CITES, so they may not be available to ship overseas. We will mark these on the product pages, if in doubt and you are from overseas, please ask first.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Due to the nature of authenticated luxury goods, we encourage customers to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Include photos of the piece and packaging and keep all packing until we have been in touch.

Please keep in mind when ordering that you don’t get it sent to your home when you are at work 10 hrs a day and the dogs access the front yard, that’s not going to be a good way to start loving your luxury. Perhaps a work address is the better option.

A Full Set generally includes the original box, dust bag, authenticity card and any accessories originally supplied by the brand. Individual inclusions are listed on each product page.
